Cancellation Policy

Payment The Client agrees to make an advance payment for the services through an online transaction paid in full using a debit or credit card, or through installments via a third-party service (such as Klarna or Affirm) if this option is selected during the checkout process. The Personal Stylist will prepare an invoice for any additional hours worked beyond the previously agreed duration of services. This invoice will be issued within 24 hours following the completion of the service. The Client is expected to remit payment within 30 days of receiving the invoice. Late Arrival If an unforeseen issue arises that will delay arrival, client shall Text or call the stylist at least 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment. Appointments delayed 30 minutes or longer past the scheduled appointment time will be canceled by the stylist and be rescheduled for the next available timeframe. Cancelation If the client needs to cancel an appointment, advise the stylist within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment and the stylist will provide a link to the client to reschedule for the next available appointment. No Show If a client misses a scheduled appointment without giving advanced notice, the stylist will cancel the appointment. The Client will need to request a new appointment with the stylist to reschedule service. Refund Policy Scheduled services booked & processed for payment are non-refundable. If the service is canceled, an appointment may be rescheduled for the next available appointment, or the client may request a service credit toward another service. Limitation of Liability Subject to the Client’s obligation to pay the Fees to the Personal Stylist, either party’s liability arising directly out of its obligations under the Agreement and every applicable part of it shall be limited in aggregate to the Fees. The Personal Stylist assumes no liability due to the quality of items or services purchased for the Client. Consent/Use of Photographs A’LA CURATE may request to use the client's photographs for educational, business & promotional purposes on the business website and/or social media pages. All personal information will remain confidential and will not be used along with the images. The client can revoke the use of photographs at any time by requesting to do so through the business owner.
